Joyous Cleaning is a small, local house cleaning business. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request a walkthrough, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The address and town of the home to be cleaned
- Home size, how often you'd like cleaning, and how you'd like us to contact you
- Any notes you choose to add
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages from us
Our spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) checks that the form was sent by a person. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
We use it only to contact you about your walkthrough, schedule and provide cleaning, send appointment reminders, and bill for our services.
What we don't do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We don't publish your address or details about your home.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers to run the business, such as our website host, email delivery, text messaging and payment processing. They handle your information only to provide those services to us, and not for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a client and for as long as needed for our records (for example, tax records). Ask us any time and we'll delete what we don't need to keep.
